St. Vincent de Paul

Who is the Society of St. Vincent de Paul?

The Society of St. Vincent de Paul has been serving economically disadvantaged populations for almost fifty years in the nine county area of North Texas. Through home visits, food, clothing and furniture assistance, job training, employment placement and outreach programs. St. Vincent de Paul provides compassion and support to individuals in crisis regardless of race, origin, religion, age or gender. St. Vincent de Paul assists others in a spirit of humility and goodwill collaborating with other organizations where appropriate.

What is Our Mission?

Our mission is to lead men and women to join together to grow spiritually by offering person-to-person service to those who are needy and suffering. Our motto is “Together We Can.”

In the spirit of the ministry of Jesus Christ and following the example of our founder, Blessed Frederic Ozanam, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul works to enable the poor, lonely, and forgotten to bridge the spiritual, emotional and financial gaps in their lives. Saint Vincent de Paul members go out two by two to work personally with those in need through parish-based ministries in unity and in cooperation with each other.

Please contact us for more information on the Society and how you can be part of it.
